combine professional vegetable preparation with a versatile mixing cutting bowl adapted to the same motor base.
The cutter attachment is above all supremely efficient, and able to process large or small quantities with ease (due to a blade at the bottom of the bowl). The vegetable preparation attachment has numerous discs available for slicing, grating, and Julienne.		 Présentation
The R 301 Ultra is equipped with a 3.5 litre stainless steel bowl and the R 301 with a polycarbonate bowl of the same capacity . These two models have the same vegetable attachment made with an ABS bowl and lid which can be dismantled. The R301 and R301 Ultra are equipped with an automatic restart of the machine with the pusher.

The R301 and R301 Ultra are supplied with a straight blade knife (photo 1) for chopping and emulsifying. A serrated blade knife (photo 2) designed for grinding and kneading tasks and the slightly serrated blade (photo 3), mainly for parsley chopping are available as an option.
