- Variable speed : 50 to 3000 rpm, for large flexibility
of use.
- The electronic variation of the speed carries a oupplementary
function : the "mix" allows the incorporation
of delicate ingredients, a function which is not conceivable
with a classic cutting, like " des lèches de viandes
" in a fines stuffing, or grapes in a Brioches pastry.
- Like the R 10, the R 10 V.V. comes with the vaccum equipment,
and can also has a double-jacketed bowl as an option.
