These models are equipped with two speeds:

  • 1500 rpm, for mincing, sauces, pastry, and grinding.
  • 3000 rpm, for emulsions and fine stuffing.

Présentation
Stainlees steel 3.5 litre bowl (patented by Robot-Coupe), can be used to prepare sauces in no time, and chopped condiments and carry out all types of last-minute preparations.

Double Cuve
Supplementary 3.5 litre bowl, Robot-Coupe exclusivity.

Socle Plat
Motor support easy to clean and watertight joint easily replaceable.

Lame inf&eacuterieure
The lower blade sweeps perfectly the whole base of the bowl.

R 8

  • 8 litre stainless steel bowl.
  • Two speeds : 1500 & 3000 rpm.
  • Knife at the bottom of the bowl.
  • Transparent lid, for easy checking of the progress of processing operations.
  • Dimensions : 540 x 300 x 520 mm.

R 10

  • Three phase motor 400 V or 230/400 V changeable 2200 W.
  • 11.5 litre stainless steel bowl.
  • Two speeds : 1500 & 3000 rpm.
  • Additional ingredients can safely be added while processing.
  • Lid designed to avoid leakage.
  • Dimensions : 570 x 360 x 565 mm.

R 10 V.V.

  • Three phase motor 400 V - 1800 W..
  • Variable speed : 50 to 3000 rpm, for large flexibility of use.
  • The electronic variation of the speed carries a oupplementary function : the "mix" allows the incorporation of delicate ingredients, a function which is not conceivable with a classic cutting, like " des lèches de viandes " in a fines stuffing, or grapes in a Brioches pastry.
  • Like the R 10, the R 10 V.V. comes with the vaccum equipment, and can also has a double-jacketed bowl as an option.
