These machines allow the creation of juices and fruit-pulps, vegetable mousses, " fonds de sauce ", bisques and fish soups.
The system of centrifugation of the products on the sieve ensures an efficiency considensably superior to traditional methods (food mills, strainer...).
This system also enables you to achieve better conservation, and to obtain an end-product which contains no bitterness.

FRUIT JUICES AND PULPS

ADVICE ON PREPARATION

Strawberries, raspberries, mulberries.

Use well-ripened fruit.

Reds and blackcurrants.

Heat-up beforehand to extract the maximun amount of juice.

Bilberries, tomates and fruits with stones.

Wash and insert fruits in a continuous way.

Melons, lemons and oranges.

Must be skinned absolutely.

Well-ripened and off the stalk.

Apples (granite-like), coconuts, pineapples.

Grind beforehand.

Apple compote.

Well-cooked.


Strain soups, bisques or " fonds de sauces ", extract fruit juice and pulp, separate fibre from vegetables, all these tasks have no mystery for the automatic sieve.

VEGETABLE MOUSSES

ADVICE ON PREPARATION

Aspparagus, carrots, celery, cucmbers, leeks.

Well-cooked beforehand peppers.

SOUPS

 

Fish, shellfish.

Grind shellfish in a cutter-mixer beforehand.

  • Continuous waste injection.
  • Supplied with a 1 mm. sieve.
  • Dimensions : 860 x 1030 x 400 mm.


C 200

  • Motor base : " Industrial special " for intensive use.
  • Idem C 120 with 2.5 hp motor.
  • Output per hour : 120 to 150 kg, depending on the type of preparation.
  • Continuous ejection of waste.
  • Able to process harder products, with speed being the most important factor.
  • Available in a variable speed version of 100 to 800 rpm.
  • Supplied with 1 mm. and 3 mm. sieves.
