
Ground Beef in Pastry Shells
Ingrédients
- 50 phyllo sheets
- 2 eggs, beaten
For filling:
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t cumin
- 4 T oil
- 100 g (4 oz) melted butter
- ½ t salt
- 1 t pepper
Chop the meat, onions, cilantro, and parsley together at 1,500 rpm in the R5 Plus food processor bowl, using the pulse function. Repeat once.
Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, and eggs.
Fry meat in olive oil until no more meat juices are visible.
Melt butter. Daub phyllo sheet with melted butter.
Set meat filling in center of sheet. Fold sheet.
Fry in pan until golden, or bake them in oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for 10 min.
Serve after sprinkling on cinnamon and superfine sugar.
