EASY WARRANTY REQUEST FORM 1-4 Series

Customer satisfaction is important and a priority at Robot-Coupe.

If you experience a manufacturer's defect within the 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase, you are able complete the EASY WARRANTY REQUEST FORM 1-4 Series, to receive a replacement motor base with no expense for the end-user.

Once your REQUEST FORM is processed, Robot-Coupe will send a replacement machine to the address provided below. When you receive your replacement machine, put the defective machine with the return label in the box and ship it back to Robot-Coupe USA with the provided return label.

The replacement will carry out the remainder of the warranty period form the original purchase date. The replacement does not receive a new 1 year warranty. In the event the replacement machine experiences a manufacturer's defect within the original warranty period, it needs to be shipped to Robot-Coupe. Robot-Coupe will repair and ship it back to your location.
