Celery & Apple Juice
Ingredients
For 4 glasses
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 thin slice of ginger
- ½ lemon
- Salt
Directions:
Wash fruits and vegetables well.
Juice celery, ginger, and Granny Smith apples—each in succession—using the J 80 or J 100.
Add some salt. Serve immediately for full vitamin content.
Extra touch: Serve with slices of apple prepared with the Robot-Coupe food chopper (1-mm slicing disc).
