Pert Peach Juice
Ingredients
For 3 glasses:
- 6 peaches, pitted
- ½ lemon
- 1 generous pinch of ground nutmeg
- 300 mL (1¼ C) of soda water
- 1 thin slice of ginger
Directions:
Pit peaches and peel lemon. You do not have to peel the ginger.
Juice the peaches, ginger, and lemon—each in succession—with the J 80 or J 100.
Then mix the juice with the nutmeg and soda water. Pour into three glasses.
Extra touch: Garnish with thin slices of peach.
Health benefits: Peaches, rich in minerals and vitamins A and C, are an ideal ingredient for antioxidant drinks.
Note: Use white or yellow peaches for this drink.
