Red Cocktail Juice
Ingredients
For 4 glasses
- 1 beet, washed and scrubbed
- 2 carrots
- 2 small bunches of red grapes
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Pluck grapes from stems.
Juice beet and fruits using the J80 or J 100.
Spice up juice with Cayenne pepper and serve cold.
Extra touch: Decorate glass with slice of tiny beet.
Health benefits: Beet juice energizes and detoxifies, and it is excellent for blood cell regeneration. Grapes are great health-boosters.
Robot-Coupe tip: You do not have to cut the carrots. Two or three at a time may be processed whole.
