Asparagus Shot Juice
Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) asparagus
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel fine sea salt
Directions:
Peel asparagus and remove hard tips.
Juice the asparagus.
Season with some Espelette pepper and fleur de sel fine sea salt.
Extra touch: Serve with lightly cooked salmon and green asparagus tagliatelle.
Health benefits: Asparagus is a detoxifying diuretic.
Twist: You can add the asparagus juice to a sauce served with fish or white meats.
