Cucumber juice with milk
Ingredients
For 4 glasses:
- 1 cucumber
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 3 dessert spoons dill
- ½ lemon
- goat’s milk
Method:
Cucumber does not need to be peeled as its skin contains vitamins and makes the juice more colourful.
In this case, it is preferable to use organic cucumbers. Process the cucumbers, apples and dill followed by the half lemon in the J 80/J 100 centrifugal juicer.
Then mix the goat’s milk with the juice.
Serving suggestion: present with finely-cut radish prepared with your Robot-Coupe vegetable preparation machine in 1 mm slices
Benefits: Cucumber has excellent detoxifying and diuretic properties. The proteins and fat in the goat’s milk are more digestible than those in cow’s milk.
