Red cocktail juice
Ingredients
For 4 glasses
- 1 well-cleaned beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 2 small bunches of red grapes
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- Cayenne pepper
Method:
Roughly remove the grapes from the stalk.
Put the beetroot and the fruit in the J80 /J 100 centrifugal juicer.
Spice the juice up with some Cayenne pepper and serve well chilled.
Serving suggestion: decorate the glass with a slice of baby beetroot.
Benefits: Energising and highly detoxifying, beetroot is very beneficial for blood regeneration. Grapes are a great source of energy.
Robot-Coupe tips: It is not necessary to cut up the carrots. Process them whole, 2 or 3 at a time.
